- The Six BCM Areas and Four BCM Components under Singapore Standards SS540:2008
- The Principles under BCM Guidelines issued Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS)
- The BCM Rules from Singapore Exchange (SGX)
- In-depth appreciation of the BCM Process – from strategy formulation to validation of plans
- Hands-on Implementation -- Translating standards into practical solutions for selected attendees’ businesses
- Key Success Factors for a Resilient BCM Program
